This place really could be great, but it's really badly managed and maintained. The membership office is always closed in the evenings. There are many details about your membership that the front desk can't help you with, but the membership office closes at 6. Doesn't the club know that basically anyone with a regular job doesn't even get off work/home before then? If you're going to insist I fix certain issues in person, then have membership staff there in the evening to help me. I'm not taking PTO from work just to come in to talk to you about my membership, that's ridiculous. I'm not at the club on the weekends, but even if I were the office is only open saturday morning. It gets really frustrating. Then there are the new updates we are paying higher fees for. The paint on the tiles in the locker rooms is peeling everywhere. The new flooring is slippery. They chose a light grey flooring for the workout floor and it's already stained and gross even though it's only a few months old. The ceiling constantly has water dripping down all over you and the equipment from vents/plumbing above. The men's locker room is disgusting. My husband complains that it smells and that there is cons

My 89‑year‑old mother‑in‑law, Jean, had advanced Alzheimer’s and lived in assisted living. She had a caregiver that picked her up & the family was hoping this was helping to keep her active. The caregiver signed her up at this gym. Over just three months, this gym charged her $6,772 in dues, personal training sessions, and locker fees. The caregiver regularly took her there, and at first we assumed the arrangement was appropriate. When I took over managing the credit card statements, I discovered all of these charges. It was obvious she could not have been using anywhere near the number of sessions being billed. Shortly after, the caregiver was let go. I printed off every charge and every so called training session. We contacted Cheryl, the membership manager, by email & phone multiple times to cancel the membership. She finally said she would do so but needed proof of power of attorney from my husband. Even after receiving it, she refused to cancel the membership, and the charges continued. During a recorded phone call, Cheryl claimed she “reached out to Marjorie” (no one calls her that — she goes by her first name) and said: “I realize your husband has a power of attorney, but Ma

The new track surface feels noticeably improved, with better impact absorption than before and excellent traction without feeling soft or spongy. I give it 5-Stars. Highly recommend!

Very dissatisfied as a member cleanliness is gone! Half the amenities are closed or going to be closed and we are paying $25 bucks more per month! There’s no discount!!! Can’t use half the things I joined for because it’s closed! I’m considering finding a new health club! Can’t wait for crunch fitness to open so I can check it out. There’s nothing at this club that will keep me here much longer. It’s so sad nearly 3 years and it’s just a let down and dirty. Even the pool has crap floating in it all the time now. The jacuzzi has stuff in it orange goop. Hair and mold in the showers.

I visited while in town from Alabama. I joined the cardio tennis class and had individual lessons as well. I had a blast!! The facility is super clean, everyone is so friendly and helpful, and the group I played tennis with was wonderful. I’ll definitely be returning!
